Throughout his career, he has overseen comprehensive property management programs for diverse portfolios, including both owned properties and third-party client assets. His expertise spans financial performance optimization, tenant experience enhancement, and strategic relationship development with clients and vendors.
Patrick specializes in cultivating and expanding strategic relationships with current and prospective customers while focusing on the continual enhancement of physical property environments and their competitive market positioning. His hands-on approach ensures properties maintain optimal interior and exterior conditions while delivering exceptional customer service to tenants.
Most recently, Patrick served as Director of Property Management at RMC Property Group for four years, where he oversaw 4.2 million square feet of retail, commercial, medical, industrial, and residential assets. Prior to that role, he served as Senior Property Manager at Equity, where he oversaw operations for various commercial properties. He is a Certified Accredited Residential Manager (ARM™) , demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence and industry best practices in property management.

With over 23 years of experience in finance and office management, I bring a deep understanding of both the strategic and operational sides of business. I hold a degree in Entrepreneurship with a specialty in Finance, and throughout my career, I’ve partnered with business owners—both in the corporate world and nonprofit sector—to build and grow their organizations from the ground up.
My professional journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in financial planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency, as well as a practical, hands-on approach to business development. I’ve helped launch and manage successful ventures by aligning financial strategies with long-term goals, ensuring both stability and scalability.
Currently, I specialize in short-term property management while expanding my expertise into corporate property management finance. My goal is to bridge financial insight with operational excellence to drive sustainable growth in this dynamic and evolving industry.

Higginbotham
Jared Higginbotham brings a unique blend of military precision, hands-on construction knowledge, and hospitality-driven leadership to the world of commercial property management. As the founder and CEO of Teal Door CPM, Jared oversees a portfolio of commercial assets with a focus on operational excellence, long-term value creation, and service that exceeds expectations.
His foundation in construction began early, working alongside his father throughout South Louisiana and Mississippi. This hands-on experience instilled a deep understanding of how buildings function and how to maintain them for lasting performance.
Following this path of service and discipline, Jared spent over 13 years in the U.S. Navy, where he served in elite units including the Joint Communications Support Element, Naval Special Warfare Development Group, and the Center for Surface Combat Systems. He earned Top Secret – SCI clearance and was known for delivering results under pressure, leading high-performing teams in mission-critical environments.
In 2017, Jared founded what would become a suite of property service companies, each designed to support real estate operations with reliability and scale. Teal Door CPM emerged from this ecosystem with a singular focus: providing full-scope commercial property management with military-grade reliability and a hospitality mindset.
